I ordered mine May 26 and still waiting. I have tried to call and email with no response. My business is ready to go, but no gun. At least they could say they are behind on orders, but silence is absolutely no excuse. It is now September 10 and still waiting..

Despite paying $1652 to emist directly and receiving two consecutive broken machines I do not qualify for a refund for two reasons. 1) the warranty starts when I purchased the product(April 2020). I received the second broken machine in January 2021. After getting some help from the distributor, I finally heard back from a emist a customer service rep on May 31, who told me that I no longer qualify due to my request being over a year old. They count the nine months it took receive two consecutive sprayers. 2) I am no longer in their system. They passed my order off to a distributer(jon don) who does not accept responsibility for a refund because they never offer refunds. They were super helpful communicating my situation with emist but will not offer a refund because according to them, I can't provide a device with emist's model number. It has a jon don model number. I do not know if it is intentional but its been 15 months and I don't have a working machine or a refund.

Makes my life so much easier, me and my family feel a lot safer knowing that we are using the best technology around to fight the spread of germs in our own home. I found out about Emist through a family friend who is a teacher and she uses it to disinfect her classroom.

I use the Backpack sprayer to disinfect the produce in my greenhouse, I love it!!!! Its such a life saver. Nearly broke my back a dozen times trying to use my old pump sprayer. 2 lithium batteries and some 225 PPM HOCL disinfectant/pesticide and Ive been cruising through pest control ever since!!!! Not to mention that I also use it to disinfect my house cars, and office. To me thats just a crazy plus!

Terrible product if you have alot of areas to spray. I use the epix 360 and the tank is tiny with liner bags that you have to constantly fill up and its hard to with the bags. It leaks from the tank(on top) to the battery(bottom) returned 3 times to emist for repairs. They refuse to give a refund. DO NOT BUY! Go buy a ryobi or a victory.
