My wife had a York treadmill for some time, but the circuit board kept burning out. And it is not cheap to replace. So after a lot of research we found a semi-commercial treadmill on the web. But I thought I'd ring around for a local supplier. I came here and foolishly paid up in full for the one we wanted at the same price as the one on the web. It was supposed to arrive in a few days, but when it didn't we were offered a loaner. I am very patient. But after some months we were told that that model was out of production. Thankfully Marc Ricci came to the rescue and offered us a better commercial unit at the same price (over a thousand dollars off). That turned out to be out of stock too so he convinced the manager to upgrade it for free. And they delivered it the next day. I will always shop there for my gym equipment there. Thanks to Marc.
