Although none of the above comments are accurate in the least, we do appreciate you being a return patient in our practice. We did try to contact you after you failed to return for your follow up appointment, but our calls were never returned. We are happy to see you at no charge if you are still having problems.

Long wait time...Was scheduled for surgery to have a tooth cut out and charged $500. Call the next day to see how surgery went and told tooth just slid out but I was not reimbursed for any part of the billed amount. He apparently injected something in a vein causing it to harden up and now my lip goes numb. Told to massage area and it should improve but hasn't after 2 months. Wouldn't recommend but maybe you will have a better experience.

After 5 days of nerve pain, along my jaw and up into my ear, as well as around my eye socket, I gave in and saw my dentist, with intentions of having it pulled. After X-rays, he referred me to Oral Surgery. The first one was 60 miles away, but could not do a consultation until March 10th. The second could do a consultation on February 25th, and was 95 miles from home. Yet this is not getting anything done for me now. I called this facility Monday, and was scheduled for a consultation on Tuesday. Dr. Burks, looked at the X-rays and explained my options. I chose extraction, at which time he explained the options there, and we agreed on Novocaine and Nitrous Oxide. He then offered to check the schedule for the day, and I was never so thrilled as when he came back and I was informed I was next on the schedule. Actual time from walking in to register and walking out, Blessedly pain free, was less than 2 hours. Not having to have oral surgery certainly made me happy. He was confident that he could do it in the office, which kept me comfortable having him do it. If I'm ever in need of someone to address this kind of issue again, I will Blessed to have Dr. Burks and his team, take care of my needs. Oh yeah, did I mention that Dr. Burks takes an extra minute out of his evenings, to call and check on you, personally? It may not seem like much to others, but spoke volumes to me.

Dr. Burks and his staff were 10/10 the best, from scheduling all the way to follow up appointments they were on top of everything. They answered all my questions, and made the process incredibly easy. Highly recommended, and thats coming from someone in the medical field.
