I cant even give one star but google needs atleast one star to publish,...!!! The worst service/negligence staff, They just lost my DS document with in a span of 10 min We visited this office last month for my wife's I-94 correction. During that time i have given DS-2019 form (original they need) and passport, After 10 min they came out and returned passport with corrected copy of I-94. To my surprise they did not return DS-2019 original and said they misplaced it. When i asked them to look again and they try to grab my passport, rude behavior, after 5 min officer said he lost it or given it to some one else in the crowd. I dont know how to handle that situation and insisted for my document. The officer called me inside as many people are in the hall he wanted to talk to me personally. He said he did misplaced the document and he will mail me when he found it ( WHICH CANN'T HAPPEN UNTILL SOME ONE RETURNS IT...!!) I sat there only for my document and then he called my school international office and requested for replacement document. Next day i got replacement document from school Over all these people are not polite and they don't care importance of the work they do, i am surprised to see such kind of negligence. My advice is dont take original documents to this place, if they insist to show original then only present your document...!!

What a pleasant, delightful experience it was! Right from the security guards at the entrance who were cracking jokes to the lady who checks your appointment letter and the actual officer himself, everyone was so polite and professional and made us feel at ease. This office should be a role model for US immigration services all over the world! My husband and I went for an adjustment of status interview. We got there 15 minutes early as instructed. There's convenient paid parking, $20 for the day, right across the street from the building or street parking. The officer gentleman who interviewed us was very professional and thorough. He treated us with respect and towards the end we were laughing together. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing guidelines were observed. We were in and out within the hour. Kudos to a great team! Keep up the great work!

bad service those guys who answer the phone has horrible actitud any petition take to long when u call they dont know nothing the webpage sucks
