Dan, Although this was 3 years ago I do remember you and your project. The way I remember it was that we couldn't guarantee the outcome of the quality of the print on shirts you brought in because we were not confident in the results we would get. The reason we didn't replace the shirts is because you didn't buy them from us. Had you bought them from us they most likely would have worked better due to known materials. That being said, I was a very new owner at that time and your project was what proved to me that the way they had always printed small quantity shirt projects was not acceptable for the very reasons you post here. I wanted a better process. So yes, it took me 15 weeks to research and finance a $27,000 investment to make things better. I could have redone them sooner but you would have still gotten a (IMHO) sub-par print based on the way you had always experienced in the past at Tshirts Plus. I don't know of any other company that would have done that. And this was 3 years ago so I cannot say I remember things exactly right but this is the best I can recollect. 3 years down the road, we have a lot more experience and a WAAAY better product. I don't recall seeing you since then so I encourage you to try again. I can assure you we haven't more than doubled in size because we do things worse than they did in the mall. *response* I wouldnt have got them done if the outcome was unknown to me. You may have known but nothing was said to me about it and shirts were name brand so material wasnt unknown. The only reason i wrote a review was google sent me a random notification asking me to do so. To anyone reading this i am sure they have made big improvements. Im not saying dont shop here. The shirts looked great when i got them. If they got it figured out im sure they are great. And the hats looked great. I use to have nothing but great things to say about this company when they were in the mall. I called to the store and wanted to get a few shirts done. I had found the shirts i wanted online and brought them in. I figured they were exactly what i wanted and it may save me a couple bucks. I dont think they ended up saving me money but that was something i could get passed. While I was there i thought i would get 2 hats done as well. i was quoted 24 hour turnaround on the shirts and a couple. I believe the shirts were done on time and ended up costing $227 I am note sure if thats a good deal or not but that was the total for 7 shirts. i felt it was high for shirts we supplied but i dont really know enough about shirt printing. And this is where it starts getting a little odd. as i am just about to leave with my freshly paid shirts, the lady says "ok, be sure to wash them with chemical free detergent, cold water and tumble low heat." I was unaware i was buying a Gremlin. Half those words were foriegn to me. But got to treat the shirts right. i wish that sort of thing would have been mentioned prior. Now i have to wash these seperate from everything else and go and buy its own detergent. oh well. 4 days later it was time to wash my first set of shirts. Follow my list very carefully and start the process. after i tossed them in the dryer and followed directions very carefully and started the next process. after it was all done i took them out to see my fresh, clean, new shirts. Held it up and it looked like a vintage woodstock shirt. Tattered and beat up. Most of the logo was missing and what was there was faded badly. 4 out of 7 gone after first use. didnt feel great about it at this point. Went over everything in my head and i did it all perfect. The next day i called down and explained and instantly i could hear in her voice that she definetly wasnt believing my words. but what could i do? Basically told me to be more careful next time. So, a couple days later I had to wash 2 of my remaining 3 shirts. i thought maybe to was the dryers fault the first time so i would just hang dry. after they were done in the washer i took them out to hang and saw both of those two shirts was ruined. Now 6 out of 7 of my $227 shirts were toast. now i am just curious and i take the last shirt put it in the was on the correct temp and no detergent and i was going to hang dry. after the simple wash, the logo looked like the rest of them. it was a bummer. but i figured knowing what i know now they should at least replace the shirts and buy me a coffee and a high five. So when i called they told me that the great deal they would pass on to me since i paid 227 plus my shirt cost and the new detergent and the college course i took on figuring out the washer and dryer (jk, no college) was they would do it all again but i had to pay for they shirts. That didnt make sense to me. i didnt mess up the shirts. they messed up the shirts. why would i pay for new ones? my partner agreed for me when i was busy with a project so now my bill goes up higher. In the back of my head i figured they got me for 227 once, i bought hats and embroidery, and they got me for shirts again, so this has got to be a faster process because its their mess up and i was being super cool. No Brainer.From the day i ordered the service on the first shirts to when i received my final second generation shirts it took 15-16 weeks. Google just asked me to review this place so here is my one and only experience with the newer owners.
Outstanding customer service!!!!! They did a rush order for me with a smile! Honestly, they could not have been more helpful!! Super knowledgeable and efficient! My order turned out beautifully and I'm super excited to have a reliable place to go in the future! Awesome place!!
T-Shirts Plus is under new ownership since you were here. Although we do not manufacture the garments, your situation may have been handled differently if we had been involved. We're very focused on customer service and are happy to help find a resolution if given the chance.

Very low quality, especially for price. I ordered shirts with my logo for my employees. Polos and T's. After having my shirts for a week they all shrank, pilled and distorted. When I spoke to the owner, they said, "Well we haven't had any complaints before." And offered to order more at cost....Why would I repay for poor quality?? Very unsatisfied and will never use again.
