I purchased a Firearm last week from today. And my experience wasnt the best. I am more offended and I feel like I wasnt treated like a customer and they were a bit stereotypical maybe feeling as if I was incapable of buying a weapon. I have a weapon already and my first time buying it I had a good experience because the dealers were helpful and wakes me through the transaction each step they made me feel welcome. But I accidentally put my current address after recently moving, with my id that Ive had for years. And they told me they couldnt register it out to me because the address didnt match. I am at fault but I feel like the dealer wasnt really helpful in all aspects or warning me about the address section. Ive just got into shooting and I want to be an enthusiast, Ive been so excited to purchase my next weapon and I payed money and waited before them to tell me that I couldnt leave with my weapon.

2nd time being denied access to the range for being late, even though a member walked in the line next to me and was able to shoot, why does it matter if Im a few mins late? I dont care about a full hour and there was a whole room of empty lanes, what a waste of time. Edit: Happened again months later, avoid this range at all costs, they only care about $$ and what time theyre going home.

I went to a First Shoot class, and learned so much about guns, and safety. Idell, Hip, and all the other instructors were excellent, and knew their stuff! I felt like I was in great hands, and look forward to going back for other classes.

they told my family 15-20 minutes but then after 1 hour and 30 minutes they tell us 30 more minutes. we came in at 3:00 left at 5:42 thanks a lot
