Horrible experience ever. Fell for a car, they promised they would help me get in it, bc I could be approved for it, then they say I don't make enough on my income. Then the sales guy was very rude to another customer and then became rude to me as well.

Don't buy here they don't care if you spouse passed and you need help lowering your payments. Never missed a payment everyone of them ontime. But my spouse passed away to add to eveything I became disabled and now stuck on a fixed income. They don't have ant empanty of you problems. Jose you just copy and paste same reply. When you should reply on a personal level. I have tried to call serval time and nothing. You can look up my account and call me .

Terrible!!!! These people act like they care. They assure you that they care and assure you that your application looks good that you will definitely qualify and then come back 2 hrs later to ask you for your husband's information and when you tell them no its going to be under my name they tell you that you didn't qualify. After they tell you that your information is perfect. Will Never go back to that place. They tell you they will not check your credit and do it behind your back!!! What kind of crappy thing is that. They can all keep their stupid car. I had way better experience about 3 car lots down. Another bad thing of you try to get a car at around 5 pm don't bother just go back the next morning because they are not willing to stay even 10 minutes late. They all really suck.
