I definitely, like the staff. They are very friendly and nice. My first experience with them was successful, but the second one I had problem with the lenses that I could not get the exam right. After wearing the glasses for half an hour i start feeling headache or strain on the eyes. Is there anyone who had this problem can give me some advice. I lost my glasses and I am about to get me a new one but worried about facing the same experience like before. Sadik

Worse service ever. They gave my aunt a pair of glasses with the wrong prescription. She collected the glasses and tried it and her vision was blurry she tried to tell them and they were beyond rude and said thats not their problem. I wish I didnt have to put a star because they deserve none

We live on Long Island but always come back to Queens for our eye exams and glasses. The Optometrist, Mrs. Lopez is the best! Her exams are on point and her prescriptions are always perfect. I have always had eye strain with my glasses before coming here but not anymore. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Weve been going here for many years and will continue to for as long as they remain open. Then I would be extremely sad if they ever closed.

I've been going here since 2009. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Today I went in and learned I wasn't covered for my insurance purposes but they still was helpful and gave me their full attention. I recommend this place to anyone with frames, lenses, and glasses needs. If I can rate this place more than 5 stars I would.

Called in to obtain my prescription, and the lady that answered the phone stated prescription was expired, never offered a solution or listened to what I had to say she just hung up the phone, I didn't even get help in no way...on my way to another doctor-optometrist.
