This crossfit gym is pretty untraditional and does not provide services like other gyms might, unless you are in with the clique.... For example, open gym is not available to everyone the same. Since the classes and programming are not done in shop, the programming doesn't blend well with their personal schedules and events, either. There was also little done for the crossfit open: Only a single one-hour class was available for those to participate at 5pm, the latest. With all of the other gyms and boxes in the area, I would unfortunately recommend other places for the steep price that you are going to put towards a membership here. At the other gyms and boxes, you can get more bang for your buck in terms of available times and ability to use equipment without having to go to a class to have open gym available for that day.

Dropped in twice while in the area on business. Had a great time. Friendly coaches and members. Plenty of space, very open with a nice outdoor running area out back. Great music. Highly recommend. I will be back for sure!
