Hi Jean, the vinyl that you chose in the shop (which is stated on your invoice) is the vinyl that was supplied and fitted. Therefore there was no compensation to be owed and as far as we are concerned, the contract we had with you was fulfilled. Were sorry you feel this way.

Not at all impressed. Ordered a beautiful vinyl and cleared the kitchen. A completely different vinyl was delivered. With visitors imminent, I had no option but to go ahead with what arrived. Fitters were surly and unapologetic and found the mistake funny. I complained to the manager, who apologised but I was offered no explaination or compensation.
