Kajsa made the process of buying my first home as smooth as possible. What I expected to be overwhelming and stressful was actually an exciting and enjoyable process thanks to her. I was much more indecisive than I expected and looked at over 20 houses with her and Megan. I worried that I asking too much of them, but they were both so patient with me and assured me that my worries were unfounded. Kajsa was knowledgeable and professional but did not hide her opinions when asked. She explained every step of the home buying process in a way that I could easily understand, and I never felt that I was in bad hands. Despite only living in Tri-Cities for around a year, Kajsa is very knowledgeable about the area and the draws to each part of the three cities. Even as a native to the area, I learned a few new facts about Tri-Cities. Anybody in the market for a new home would be lucky to be paired up with Kajsa.

Cari is simply amazing! She took care of the entire process, including making sure that the house is in the best shape for selling, and all the other details that we could not take care of, since we had already moved out of the town. She is extremely professional, conducts due diligence on important issues in selling/buying the houses. If you are looking to buy/sell your house, look no further!
