Great gym, very knowledgeable staff / coaches that will work with you, and the atmosphere is friendly. Whether you are a beginner or in great shape and want to keep getting better this is the gym I would pick. There is CrossFit and Olympics lifting here.

Second trip to the Southern Pines area. Second drop-in at 611. Great community. Great workouts. Coaches and members alike are very welcoming and helpful. Definitely will drop in again when we come back to NC.

"Where everybody knows your name" I LOVE THIS GYM. So many classes!!!! AND CHILD CARE!!! The Coaches are amazing. The owners Shawn and Becky are amazing and really love and care for the athletes/families who come in.
