Sorry that you see it that way. What was said was that we do not do refunds on batteries. We would gladly exchange the battery you bought for the correct one.

Do not buy from this store. I spent $400 here a couple months ago on a RC car, car is great. Went back a week ago and asked for a new battery for that specific model car. Spent another $92 on the battery just to find out it doesnt fit the charger that came with the car I bought there. They will not return it. They knowingly sold me something I can not use and will not take it back. I will never go in there again, I have a $92 paperweight now.

Couldn't ask for better service. The people working here are very knowledgeable, they love to help. Couldn't ask for a better hobby store.

Just doesn't have that magic like it used too. Went in last week and waited there while 2 employees marveled over a drone controller with a screen on it and never even looked my way. I've spent a small fortune in this place,but I'm going the way of online rc shopping after this.
