Within a 2 week period I have reached out to them twice and was told that someone would call me back to set up an appointment to come out and as of yet no one has. Maybe 3rd time is the charmer?

We had a patio door replaced. The quality of the workmanship was poor. We have asked Brian to come look at the job, we've texted him pictures of the job, and still we hear nothing. We've been waiting since February 2021.

During a storm event I had severe Hail damage Carnie Fryfogle Jr. Helped right from the start was able to point out the damage, helped with the adjuster, and politely handled all my questions. Then about a year later I called about an issue with the gutters where the water was forming icicles between the gutter and roof after the subcontractor installed them during the original repair. They sent someone out to review and made a repair. Will have to wait until the winter to determine if the repair worked to my standards. Overall good customer service and quality product and have referred them to others. Update 2022 fixes made have worked and no more separation.

Poor communication. Had to reschedule multiple times for them to come do an assessment of our roof, mostly weather related. The biggest issue was a lack of communication of when they would show up. We had to contact them to find out if they were still coming or would be rescheduling again at the last minute as there was little communication from their end. Followed by a complete no show after changing our work schedules to be home waiting for them to come. Not impressed.
