If there was the option of negative stars, I would select that. I wanted to buy shirts for my son's soccer team. As it is incredibly tedious to communicate with the staff through email, I went to their store. Upon entering, I noticed the sign at the door "please leave dogs outside". Thus I made my black Lab service dog wait for me patiently outside on the patio. When opening the door a small white dog on a ridiculously long leash, ran towards me and jumped against the door trying to attack my dog. The employees tried to hold the dog back, but we're not really able to. I thus asked them to calm the dog down, as it made my dog nervous..for instance keeping the dog on a short leash. But they refused, saying it's the owner's dog, so they can't do anything about it. And also, it would be such a loving and kind dog, that there was nothing to worry about. This loving and I kind dog continued to bark through the door at my dog. As I said, well I if you can't control the dog I will have to leave. That's when they wished me a nice day. Obviously at this store the owner's dog is the king and not the customer.. needless to say I won't do business with them.
Good work done at a decent price. Why only one star then? Customer service is literally awful. Bottom line they don't do what they say they are going to do and caused me all kinds of headaches. Despite the quality work, overall it's a negative experience. I had a batch of martial arts uniforms I wanted embroidered. The person I talked to on the phone was distracted and seemed annoyed that he had to talk to me, answering questions as short as possible. But I was able to get him to say that it was okay for me to ship the uniforms directly to them, and that it would take "about a week." Famous last words. I called two weeks later. By this point the uniforms had been there one week already, so I thought they might be ready. The lady I talked to was nice enough, but had no idea about any order of mine. I had to give her the tracking number so she could confirm the uniforms had actually been delivered, then she went back to search for them. Eventually she found them and no, the job was not done and in fact had not even been started. She apologized and said they had "gotten behind" because some "big orders" had come in. She said to call next week. Next week rolls around, I call... The order isn't ready. That's when I decided to never do business with Alliance ever again. The next week after that, I finally got my order. The work was done well, but the uniforms were completely disassembled - nicely folded but jacket, pants and belts were all separated, and the individual plastic bags they were delivered in were nowhere to be found. I'm sure they won't mind losing my business though, they don't seem to care about it at all. If you're prepared to wait forever and be treated like dirt, go ahead and give them a call.
In 30 years our company has not missed T-shirts for our empoloyees. I placed a order on Nov 18 was told if we did not pay up front they could not get the order in time for our Christmas party .We paid in full!!!! after several calls e-mails on Jan 25 2022 we where told ohh we cant get those colors.This is a terrible business i would give them minus 5 stars if i could!
