Picked out three printed gowns. When delivered I received none of the prints I ordered. Prints were juvenile on the gowns I purchased for my 90 yr old mother. David from company called and apologized and told me to contact him personally and he would tell me what prints were available. I called David and ordered three more gowns however David couldnt guarantee what prints were available. He said he was including a fourth gown at no cost to make up for my disappointment in the first order. Well I waited seven days and received only three gowns and one package and paper tag was marked Large, but the tag sewn in the gown was a Medium. Im done with this company. Their employees lie and their customer service sucks. Dont waste your time or money. Wish I could have selected 0 stars! By the way have you noticed their response below? Typical poor customer service and representatives.

Ordered four of the same item. Received two, one of which was the wrong size. Four months and four phone calls later, l am convinced this company uses the internet to scam customers. Did not receive the items ordered or a payment refund. ON LINE FRAUD. BUYER BEWARE! At the owner's request, l placed another call to Personal Touch Health. David apologized for the delay with responding to my delima. He replaced the order with the correct one. Thank you very much David.
While I only just placed my order and the whole other piece to consumer satisfaction is to ensure everything comes in correctly, I want to take a quick second in praising David for his incredible customer service. He was so great to talk to, he was eager to help me find what I need and it was just an overall great ordering experience. Thank you, David!

I AM LIVID. YOU ALL FRAUDULENTLY DELIVERED ME THE WRONG MASKS. I ORDERED N95 MASKS AND NOT K-N95. AS A REGISTERED NURSE I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED THAT YOU ALL WOULD DO THIS. THESE MASKS ARE NOT APPROVED AND DO NOT PROVIDE THE FULL PROTECTION THAT I OR MY STAFF NEED TO FIGHT COVID-19 ON THE FRONT LINES. I AM DEMANDING A REFUND FOR THE COST PLUS SHIPPING.
