One worker gave us a terrible experience. The name was Trina. She was very unprofessional and defensive. She would deflect our questions and go out the situation her own way. Just a terrible employee. However one employee name Patty was a great help and helped make the experience alright. Shout out to you Patty.

Ive been going to Crystal View Optometry for about 5 years now. I love Dr. McKnight, she is amazing! My appointments are very thorough and quick. She truly cares about my eye health. Today, the technician Zucet provided excellent customer service. She understood my needs and was able to relate to how picky I am when it comes to choosing frames. Zucet was very patient and knowledgeable. Crystal View Optometry has an amazing staff! Thank you all for being so amazing every visit! :)

This is a place where the entire staff, no matter what their job title, were warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I didnt have a long wait, and I never had to ask for help, it was offered to me. They were patient, nice, and I appreciated the fact that they sanitized their equipment in front of me before doing my eye exam. Very nice experience!

I was not comfortable with my frame and used it for less than a month. I approached the lady at the reception, i was not able to get her name but she is asian. I explained to her how uncomfortable me eyeglasses is but she was so rude. She doesn't listen to my explaination and keep on insisting on upgrading my lenses and pay some more. I told her i just need a lighter frame for my frame was heavy. She is asking me a lot of questions as if i am in court. She should have said no if she doesn't want to change it rather than being rude to me. Lastly, i decided on not changing my frame and left their shop because of the bad treatment.
