This is a real unethical company. I requested an order of 300 patches for my company. The first rendition, the product did not meet the quality standards I was expecting. I explained the issues, and they indicated that a larger size based will drastically improve the quality. Therefore, I proceeded with the larger based. That rendition was provided and it looked exactly like the first. Thus, I made a request for the refund of my deposit. At that point, I wast old that it would cost me $70 for the digitizing and the two horrible renditions. I respect the work of people, their time, and efforts but it was never communicated in writing or verbally that there was a fee of nearly half of my deposit for work. Furthermore, I requested those renditions since I had to pay, and I was told that I cannot have them because I did not complete the order. Beware of businesses that have practices of making up things without proper communications to their customers. Lastly, their work is subpar.
