Dear Mr Lo, My name is Shane Strowski & I am the owner of Precision Waterejet & Laser. I am disturbed to read the review you left of your experience with my company. As you know, you hired our firm to reverse engineer & fabricate steel trophies for which you did not have drawings for. Our company provided all materials, reverse engineering services & fabrication according to the sales order & shop drawings you signed. A few days after we provided you with the first article to approve you alerted your sales person that the trophy began to rust after leaving it outdoors. We were surprised to hear that you were not planning on coating a raw steel trophy, so we made suggestions to you about having the trophy either powder coated, painted, plated or made from stainless steel to prevent corrosion at an additional cost. You declined to not take us up on our recommendations & to just pay for the first article & the engineering time we spent to make your trophy. A few days later I received a charge reversal from your credit card company stating that you did not receive what you ordered. As you know, we were able provide your credit card company all the information they needed to reverse the charges and re-collect payment. Like everyone else that has worked with this company, they're SUPER FAST in getting a quote. After confirmation, that's when the madness begins. NO COMMUNICATION. Replies to emails 3-4 business DAYS after you send yours. I dealt with Debby N. and she has every excuse in the book to let you know how they're weren't able to get back to you. It's been 3 months since I dropped off the item and getting a response from this company is like pulling teeth. From the outside, they look like a huge company, but internally, they have a whole set of issues. I've been a business owner for 6 years and I would never work like this. Trust me, if they have bad news for you, they won't respond, until I walked in the door and sat there for an hour today to let me know that they won't credit me back for the extra dollars I spent with them. FIND SOMEONE ELSE IN THE AREA!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!

People is great but if you making delivery with a Semi Truck it's not recommended for new Drivers No room to maneuver at all.

I have tried to call you several time but the phone number we have on file is disconnected & you have not responded to any of our emails. I wanted to explain the reason for the delay in your project was related to the CAD data you provided for your order required an unusual amount of cleanup time due to incomplete contours as well as the parts in the nested files you provided were crammed too close together. We have dealt with just about every type of CAD provided by our customers in the 20+ years we have been in business & this instance is no different. We just need time to clean up your contours, spread apart your parts & a timely response from you on what parts get saved from the nest since you nested your parts to share cut lines.
