Hi Beth, We're really sorry you had a bad experience with us. We do always try to help our customers as much as we can and your experience is definitely not what we aim for. We will be speaking to all the staff regarding standards of customer service. We have a number of print options available with different costs, timescales and qualities. Our cheapest, quickest option is the option you went for. This would be printed on a standard office printer while you wait. It doesn't have the quality of the poster prints we offer but is much quicker and a little cheaper. Being an office printer it doesn't print all the way to the edges of the page either so this may have been the reason why your prints needed to be printed on A3 paper and cut down to size. For future prints I'd suggest going for the poster prints as the quality is much higher. Our usual turnaround time is 3-5 working days although we can sometimes (depending on current work levels) produce urgent orders a little quicker. Hopefully this one experience doesn't put you off coming back in the future and I can guarantee your next visit will be better! Printigo

We went here after calling the day before to print off 3 pieces of digital art. From walking into the place the older woman came to serve us and was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She said we should have booked beforehand and they couldn't help us (even though on the phone we were told we could just walk in and have it sorted). There was another woman in at the same time as us wanting a very similar order, and a younger girl helped her quite happily. She charged us extra to print on an A3 even though our prints would have fit on an A4 and then handed us the pieces of art on the A3 and said they wouldn't cut them down for us because they didn't have the resources. After discussing this they then went and cut them down so had the resources after all! The artwork was also a rubbish quality so we ended up going elsewhere afterwards as well. It was clear she didn't want to help us and had an awful attitude. Everyone else in the shop appeared friendly and helpful but she just ruined the experience for us. We definitely wont be going here again.

Very good printers with competitive prices. They printed onto cycling jerseys that I acquired for a LEJOG ride. The graphics never faded or peeled off. Worth a try. Thanks

A fantastic company. I had a very particular order I wanted to make, an 'Afghanistan' hoodie for a wonderful 16 year old who knows style when he sees it, and exactly what he likes and doesn't like! Mitra and the team at Printigo couldn't have been more helpful, with suggestions, questions and many many emails and phone calls going backwards and forwards (I live 180 miles from Birmingham but the recipient of the hoodie lives in the Midlands, so the whole process was even more difficult.) But thanks to the amazing staff at Printigo this Afghan boy has his much desired garments, (we had to get two in the end, they were so great!) They are just what he was hoping for and he couldn't be more pleased. I too couldn't be more happy that we got there in the end, and with such success! The staff at Printigo really couldn't have been any more helpful, and I can't thank you enough.
