The sales person seems like to cheat on customer who do not have enough knowledge on the system. I am the one who signed the contract two years ago and just learned that I pay extra $4 every month for the mobil app fee that I never used. What a great sales man! The services are simple, fees are high. I currently pay $43 more for four sensors and the control center. And they raise fees every year. You money, your decision!
Like many others have said, my advice is to avoid this company. They use shady tactics and try to strong arm you into becoming a customer. I am not a customer and simply used my phone to enquire about their home heating oil pricing options. They force you to sign and HAND DELIVER or mail a cancelation form if you choose not to use them. Believe me, you will not be getting my business. Their old logo looked like a pair of clown shoes. This company is a bunch of CLOWNS. AVOID!!!
Terrible company!!! They take forever to deliver and can never give you a real date on when they will deliver your oil, Ive never dealt with a company that is so unorganized that they wont know when youll get oil delivered. I called back a week after I put in my order and the girl told me, ohh Im sorry the weather has been nice so its ok to wait!!?? What??? I have a 1/4 tank , she said itll be ok and transfers me ridiculous, terrible company.
