Kourtney refused to cancel a class with the covid outbreak. She yelled at me over the phone. I had done quite a bit of business with her but never again after the last experience. Ken and Kourtney were very unprofessional. I never realized how money was more important than her customers safety. The website claims free shipping over a certain amount but she wanted to charge me shipping on a $300 order. Not worth going to!

This is a magical place! If Kortney doesn't have what you want or need it probably doesn't exist. There's always something new. It's a very friendly helpful but not pushy place to shop and craft

This is by far the best scrapbooking and craft supply store. They carry so many new products and I LOVE the daily demos showing us how to use the products. They did a phenomenal job of transitioning to virtual classes during the pandemic so we could continue to craft. Whether you're shopping in their store or online, Ken and Kourtney go out of their way to ensure a wonderful shopping experience.
