Hello Sebaalliesam, I'm so sorry to hear you were bothered by construction noise. We abide by the Cape Coral code that no work starts until 7am but perhaps a subcontractor started there early. I spoke to our project manager about this as he normally provides his business card with cell phone number to all the neighbors of our construction sites should you have any concerns. But I understand you were staying at a vacation rental so probably did not have this information. I wish you would have left a message on our voicemail at the office as we have a system that notifies us immediately via email with any messages. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your vacation in Cape Coral!

Not my house, my neighbors. Unfortunately for us, because we had to hear the loud trucks coming in before 7 am every morning and the loud Ranchero music before their office was even open to take a complaint. And holidays... And weekends... We own a construction business and fully understand that work must be done, but if they respected the neighborhood peace a little bit, it would be nice.

Tundra built a beautiful custom home on the water for us in 2015. It was a pleasure working with David and Heidi. Their customer service was above and beyond. Tundra followed up with excellent service Luke,Cory and all the ladies in the office even after two years from completion. I have referred customers to them and would continue to do so .
