I Dropped my car off Tuesday night was promised it would be done Wednesday. I reached out Marc Younsma the service employee who provided less than impressive customer service. There was Minimal correspondence aside from me calling and Wednesday , Thursday and Friday to say the least. When I did get to speak with the man he informed me he had no idea when they would get to it. I left a message for the manager and he got it Saturday at 3. I finally got my vehicle home and found that there were numerous scratches on the car after just having an entire ceramic detail. This will cost an additional $500 for the side and bumper to have paint correction and scratch removal and re ceramic back area. This is a garage kept car that is driven once a week at bestSmh ... I am very taken back by the level of service provided I wouldnt recommend anyone go here for the repairs or detailing of your BMW.

Went there with my daughter, who is serving in Air Force, she was interested in buying an SUV, and was helped by a very nice lady. However, when the sales lady went to the manager to get an offer, they raised the price by about $2000. What happened? Don't they like minorities? Didn't see much representation of our kind. Is a shame, it was an insult specially for someone who is serving in the Armed Forces and defending your freedom!
