Very unfortunate and inconvenient experience. Initial walk-in was great, the main guy (Robert?) was nice, helpful, and the quoted prices for an order of 60 simple 1-color printed shirts was great. I informed him I needed them by a date which was over 2 weeks out, he said they'd be done by the end of the next week (much sooner.) After that weekend had come and gone, I began calling to check on my order (already late.) The employee I spoke with didn't know who I was or anything about the shirts, but apologized and said she'd "leave him a message." Monday came and went, no contact from them. I called Tuesday, what sounded like the same emplyee again informed me that she didn't know anything, the guy still was not there, and she'd leave him another message. The following day I went in to the store. Not surprisingly, he's still not there, and still was not returning my calls. It was now the end of that week and only days from the event for which I needed the shirts. Thankfully, another company in town was able to complete my order within ONE day, and didn't charge me their usual 30% rush fee once I explained the situation. Still haven't even heard as much as an apology from Elite. Bummer.

Absolutely the best place to get mass printing!! These men have been printing our shirts for a few years now, and as a color guard mom of North Salem, I can tell you that they always are there when we have a specific request. Sometimes we need to get there late or have a crazy request. This crew is always there to serve. I am very happy with them!! Thank you so much!!@

Very unprofessional, wont return emails, wont answer questions on pricing, original pricing was given with full details of what i was wanting and still was told there would be added cost. Then refused to answer what that cost would be.
