Hi Anita, thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, printer warranties do not transfer to new owners (this is a stipulation put in by the manufacturer, Sawgrass). We do have support packages available to customers that do not purchase their ink or supplies from us. Please contact us if we can be of any assistance.

I fine Conde hard to deal with and expensive. Several purhases were not done correctly and required a lot of babysitting to correct. I have since gone to Laser Reproductions and found a better experience.

Conde has high quality products and great tutorials as well as all information needed for each product. My sales rep is always there when I need her. Sprite is such a delight to watch on her Friday weekly how to do videos. Also it fun to receive some freebies.

I purchased a sawgrass sg1000. I joined a few face book group and big mistake! The lady they have working for them Laurie Donovan is totally rude. She literally stalks the site and removes anyone posts that annoys her. There is absolutely NO HELP at all. Im so frustrated!!
