With due respect I am really sorry for you experience with our store. Hope you will give us another chance to satisfied you. As you know we always make custom shirt after your confirmation. Once we done as your instruction we can't do anything because its custom made. Custom made shirt can't be refund or exchange. We made your shirt as the way you ask for. It is so unethical to do the review for a same item by different different name or whole family members to pressurize us. It is called blackmail. Donna Rodriguez Out of these 6 people only 1 of you made this purchase. Other 5 people never come to our store but they review us without buying anything. Gave the guy the design I want . He made it way smaller than I wanted. And told me it would have the glitter on it and it didn't . Very dull picture. He cut the design out soo bad. Had I had to pay up front . WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!"

My wife and I had our pride shirts made here they turned out amazing . He helped us last minute on a Friday with no hesitation and our shirts were a lot of work due to all the color . Great customer service with good quality work . We will definitely be returning customer's in the future .
