She left a voicemail and also mentioned in the message that she would follow up with an email to schedule another convenient time for discussion. We apologize if there was any miscommunication regarding the exact response time, or if you expected something more in such a short turnaround time. Furthermore, we would like to address your concern about the email response. Maya sent the email first thing this morning, prior to your review being posted. We apologize if there was any delay in receiving the email, or if it went unnoticed. This makes two attempts before this review was posted within a 24 hour period to reach you. Both of which went unanswered. We understand your frustration and disappointment with the situation, and we genuinely strive to maintain a flawless record in terms of customer satisfaction. However, we believe it is essential to emphasize that your review, based on a single incident, may not accurately reflect the overall quality of our services or the dedication we have to our clients. After reading positive reviews, I decided to reach out to Web Design and Company online for more information about their services. Maya, one of their representatives, inquired about my availability for a quick call to discuss my needs. I promptly informed her that I was available immediately or after 2:30 PM. Maya responded with a message stating that she would reach out to me around 3:45 or 4 PM. However, as the clock neared 4:45, I reluctantly gave up and left the office. It was later relayed to me by my assistant that Maya finally called at 5 PM, mentioning that she had been stuck in a meeting but would send an email with a proposal. Now, the next morning has arrived, and I have yet to receive any call or email. As someone who values punctuality and respects the commitments I make, I cannot express how deeply let down I am by their lack of consideration for my time. I had cleared my schedule and eagerly anticipated our meeting, only to be left waiting and feeling disrespected. This kind of behavior not only reflects poorly on their professionalism but also raises doubts about their ability to effectively handle web design projects.
