I ordered online on Amazon and was sent the wrong size heel. (Ordered a 9) The box came smashed and with holes (the packaging didn't have holes so it was like that when they sent it) ive called them 10+ times and they will not answer the phone. You just get hung up on. Very frustrated.
Ordered a pair of shoes over Amazon that started falling apart after just two months. After contacting Shoe Diamond & Swimwear they informed me, that they only have a 30 day warranty period so there is nothing they can do about it. The fact that they won't acknowledge that a 100 dollar pair of shoes should last more than two months seems really greedy. Can't recommend this place...
So I hardly write reviews but I feel the need to share my opinion because of the bad reviews. I order through Amazon but the boots I ordered run big so I went to return them personally and they were so nice and friendly and processed my refund on the spot.
I ordered a pair of shoes from them through Amazon on August 12. They were expected to arrive by August 22nd, so when they didn't, I messaged and was told they'd spoken to the carrier (UPS based on the tracking number provided) and they would know something in 1-2 days. I messaged again after two days to say the shoes still had not arrived, so they refunded my money and cancelled the order. Today, August 29th, the shoes finally arrived: they were the wrong size, wrong color, and had been packed for shipping on August 25th - three full days after they were originally to have arrived! Now they've issued a return shipping label (as I was nice enough to call; I guess I probably could have kept them), and the return label is for 1 day priority shipping LOL I really wanted the shoes last week before working a hard 5 day stretch :/
