I was lucky to find Joe Capitan to handle my Disability and SSD claims. He always took the time to let me know where I was in the claim process and made sure I understood what needed to be done. When I received a denial for my claim, Joe told me that he believed in my case and worked hard getting me approved. I know that I couldnt have done it without him. Joe was an incredibly helpful in dealing with the challenges of disability insurance. He was extremely attentive and thoughtful with his advice. He also returned calls the same day or within 24 hours. He was willing to go above and beyond to do calls on off hours.
