I ordered a sweatshirt / hoody from Graystone Graphics using the size chart on their website to select the required size. The sweatshirt came narrower and shorter than stated and therefore did not fit. Graystone refused to repace it with a larger size nor did they offer any incentive to reorder a larger one. Poor customer service!

Not good. Could not help me.. They have a HUGE minimum! I only Had 5 shirts for names, ect.... they just do LARGE quantities... go to Missouri embroidery! They are GREAT!
