I was very dissatisfied with my outcome. I ordered shirts monday...stated they would be ready friday & would send a proof...called wednesday for a proof & they still hadnt sent it...when they did it was Thursday after noon...& i had a few adjustments with color & font....i ended up just settling for whatever i could get due to my deadline "friday" ...i had to call the see if they were ready 30 mins till closing. When i picked them up they looked so faded no color....very horrible for $20 a shirt. I wasted money unfortunately!
Mom and pop establishment that fosters an disobliging demeanor. Due to their distant location, I called to get a quote for t-shirt screening project, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone qoted a price of (based on my needs) $29 for a 4 t-shirt minimum; however, when I arrived to their location and inquired further on price and service details, the female clerk scoffed at the information I was initially given over the phone (as if somehow I was being deceptive or manipulative). I simple correction and apology would have sufficed, "I sorry for the misinformation but let me give you our correct prices..." Based on her pretentious and disobliging demeanor, I decided to take my 100 t-shirt order elsewhere. Buyer beware: shop around for best deals and do not give into presumptuous service, we all deserve better (she needs to work strongly on improving her customer-service skills).
