I called to try to find out if they had the size I needed after searching the fb page and website. Looking for 84 in tall, 18-24 inches wide barn sliding pair. I was redirected to FB. Asked for assistance and was told " oh we have over 400 doors so i probably have this in this size" i said ok-price? range given from $550 up. I asked if he could text me a quick picture since i had to drive over an hour to pick it up or describe it to me. The owner told me he had "actual customers" in the store and it would be next week before he could do that. I said I am an actual customer and I would have given him my credit card number if her would have sent a picture or given a description. Evidently- I am not an actual customer. Very dissappointed. Maybe they should hire some extra help or catalog and price their items in an inventory list. hmmm

I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS BUILDING EVER AGAIN. I saw an advertisement on the Facebook marketplace on some antique metal bins for a great price so I headed over to the store on Jan 6th. I was assisted by a Hispanic man in his 30's named Victor (I believe). He was knowledgeable but that is NOT what I had a problem with. Victor kept conversing with my son while we were talking about antiques. He even offered my son some gummy candies in a sealed bag; I didn't think much about that at the time as he asked me if it was okay that my son have them. Later, he left me in the area where the metal bins were to help another customer. I bent over to grab one that wasn't too rusty and when I came back up, 30 seconds later, my son was gone. I called for my son and he didn't respond (in each of the 3 rooms in that building). My son later returned with Victor, and I was mad at my son for not responding when I called out to him. I told Victor we no longer needed his assistance and that we were leaving. As I was putting my son in his car seat Victor asked if we were leaving because I was mad at him. I told him I was mad at my son for not responding. THEN HE ASKS ME IF I WAS JEALOUS THAT MY SON WENT WITH HIM INSTEAD OF STAYING WITH ME. That didn't sit well with me at all. I left.
