Awful experience here the customer service was terrible....my mother and I walked in tin roof boutique today and we were the only customers in the shop and we never were greeted. The lady working was on the computer the whole time. When we got up near the desk she looked up and stared at me. I said hello to her and she continued to look at me with a nasty look on her face. I then asked her if something was wrong and she continued to give me a nasty look. She then said she was trying to fix her hair out of her eye...but how could that be possible when she was just giving me nasty looks. Not once did she touch her hair or her eye or shake her head to move any of the said hair in eye. We then left the store as she continued to give us a nasty look all the way out the door.

Beautiful Boutique! You all have to go check it out. They have a style for every occasion your looking for. Chrystal & her staff are great! Would highly recommend this boutique located in historic downtown.

If you are looking for something stylish and unique, Tin Roof Boutique is just the place. They order limited quantities of each item and when they are gone, they are gone. This means that you won't show up wearing the same piece as several other ladies. They clothing is fun and stylish. Staff are friendly and helpful. The store is adorable and located in beautiful downtown Albany, which is an experience in itself. Grab your ladies ~ enjoy breakfast next door at Brick & Mortar or lunch across the street at Gamberetti's and poke around the downtown shops ~ make a day of it. But most important...do not miss Tin Roof Boutique.
