The rudest customer service I've ever dealt with. Talks over you, doesn't let you finish your sentence or even hear your request out. Bags sucked, the people sucked and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Only giving one star because the voice recording was the nicest thing there.
Amazing customer service! We needed a large order of scarves made and delivered in a very short period of time. Denise and team were super supportive and made the process super easy and fast. When we had an issue with Fedex, Denise went the extra mile to make sure we had our scarves in hand for our event. When we finally got the scarves thanks to Denises persistence, they were gorgeous! Will definitely work with them again.
Reading the previous review, people do have some anger issues. We're opening a new virtual reality store, I decided to add some merch items. I emailed and scheduled an appointment to take a look at the samples. I was greeted with a friendly enthusiasm and warm welcome. They have a huge variety of good quality items. Common, they print for Met, Guggenheim. I like to say "happy people never complain", the grumpy always find a negativity in everything.
