To date the motors have been replaced 4 times I cannot find any one that is able to repair these bft sup bt motors 24v any fault means a 700 replacement I have been advised by BFT recommended supplier to remove BFT gate openers and replace with another manufacture not worth one star j.cole

My engine broke twice in 2 years period. I send it for warranty and was refused because of lack of the label. I didn't peel any label off, it must came off as its outside all year long. Poor excuse to refuse the warranty. Shame. Will never buy their products again.

Sooooooooo quick and easy to collect stuff , return stuff and their tech help is great too. In fact they're all great , even if they couldn't tell me why the green LEDs on their barrier arm have about half a dozen lit red, just near the end ...... All in all ,brilliant outfit!!!
