Ordered leggings size 20 through amazon, but received size approximately 12. When contacted futuro fashion regarding this issue, I have been asked to send photo of leggings,which I did. Next day I have been asked to send photo of the size label on the leggings, which I also did! Day after I have been asked to send measurements of leggings, at this point I though this is getting ridiculous but I still send the measurements. And what happened next day? I have received yet another email asking me to send actual photo of the measurements. This is when I lost my patience and contacted amazon customer service instead. From my emails/photos futuro fashion could clearly see that they have send me small item/wrong size, yet they kept asking for more and more information, instead of admitting their fault and getting it right. The lady I dealt with was named Iwona and she clearly had no customer service knowledge. I dont mean it in bad way, but not trained staff can cause lot of damage to your business. Just saying! I ordered my leggings, I got an etimatd delivery for today and they were delivered this morning. They are of real good quality, true to size I ordered 3xl I'm 18/20, not happy to say but that's the reality and people are not comfortable to ask. So if it helps then I'm glad. They fit lovely. Excellent service all straight forward, no drama. Thank you for your service.
Late late late no reason given, no personal touch no apology no more of my money and others will know how bad the service is
