I've worked with them twice, and the first experience could not have been better. The second, however, was extremely frustrating. The staff was unhelpful and condescending in the extreme. The end product was excellent, but the process of getting it ensured I won't work with them again.
The final product of 500 business cards & the art work was what I expected(professional). What I didn't expect was to be treated like Printlex did me a favor. He was condescending & treated me like I wasn't going to have the money to pay for it. I was badgered for a deposit before I even made my mind up on the finished product. I was never contacted to proof the work(I had to call twice in two days) I was never contacted when my business cards were done(I had to call again) and Printlex you may want to acknowledge customers when they walk through the door.
Absolutely one of the best service experience I have had. Went to them with a very last minute project (my fault) and was assisted by Lynn, Arthur, and Bill to complete a printing project quickly. Can't thank them enough. Don't waste time with online printing services. Give these guys a call.
Ordered a rider sign over a week ago. I was told it would be ready the following week. When I called to find out when it would be done no one knew what was going on with the order. Tried calling the designer multiple days in a row plus sending emails with no response or follow up. I will be taking my business else where in the future.
