Davide, we do some things quite a bit differently on our side of the globe especially when it comes to food allergies. As i mentioned the day you visited us, it's your benefit to let your server know that you have a gluten free diet so it can be handled properly whether you order something to drink or eat or in your case both. Wheat products especially starch is a common ingredient in many foods and beverages and but I appreciate you coming to try us out! Even though our guacamole wasn't your cup of, well, guacamole, we do prepare our food with fresh, high-quality ingredients. As for our prices, we try to keep them as low as possible, and i assure you $5-$6 beers and $7-$10 appetizers are well within industry standards in the area if not below. I would like to apologize for the confusion between apple cider and apple ale again and If you ever decide to give us another chance, be sure to ask a staff member for a recommendation that fits in your dietary restrictions.-- we'll be happy to help you choose something you'll enjoy more! -Erdem Aynali, Owner

I don't care if it is the norm in the US, you cannot sell a flavoured bier as an apple cider! Unecessarily expensive, low quality processed food (e.g. the guacamole).

I would like to know more about your experience here at our place since there are no details other than name calling and none of the employees could recall serving you. I would like to know where we dropped the ball so we can try to change our image in your mind. Also, this is completely a different concept than the other Groovy's Pizza and we are not affiliated. We also don't have a dance room / dance floor. Last time we have antyhing close to that was Halloween party in 2019. You can see how our indoor restaurant looks in the Gallery in case you haven't been here lately. We appreciate all the reviews based on actual experiences and see them as tools to improve our services / products or as a motivation seeing that we are heading the right direction. I love Groovy's pizza, but this location (franchise?) is nothing more than a disgusting hookah lounge with horrible food and a tacky dance room.
