Item was first delivered downstairs blocking mail boxes and entry way. After 3 attempts to return 2 men came and did not introduce themselves just walked in. Ignored me. Slammed the return item door several times then yelled at me that it was supposed to be a ground level pickup and stormed out. I was fearing for my safety.

Needed package delivered before Christmas. Was set up for the 21st. 21st came and went with no delivery. I called corporate and they told me it would be the 26th. So much for Santa gift. Thanks for nothing. Update They allowed me to come pick it up from them so we saved Christmas. Still didn't make me happy with the delivery.
