good afternoon! This is John, the owner, the person you were in contact with on this order. I wish I knew about your disappointment with your order, because we would have made good on whatever problem you were experiencing! Although the order was completed on time at the price that was quoted, and all files that were requested were provided that same day, the 'overspray' that you mention is totally unacceptable!! Please bring those garments by the shop and we can either knock out that ink or replace the garments. thx, -john

Not only was my order late, but the quality of the work left much to be desired. There was overspray on shirts that were to be screen-printed. The product looks very little like the mockups. I had to write up my own invoice only to have the price changed upon completion of work. I had to ask for artwork that I paid for. And of course after the work is complete the guidelines change. Lesson learned, work w/those that take pride in their work, business and customer relationships.
