I called to get some information on a closing for a Private home sale and the soonest they could get someone to talk to me about it was 21 days from the day I called. Clearly they are too busy to provide information that was easily provided by another firm within minutes.

I called and visited this office regarding a civil lawsuit in which I was seeking to sue a former landlord. I spoke with Vanessa over the phone who was extremely helpful and didn't attempt to provide legal advice, which is outside of her expertise, but simply requested that I give her a synopsis of the issue and to submit documents, relating to the case, via fax or email for the real attorney to review. I decided to hand deliver the documents because it was more convenient for me. I was met by a condescending and uninterested ASSISTANT by the name of Robbie, a black woman with long dreads, who proceeded to advocate on behalf of the defendant, provided misinformation regarding the LANDLORD'S RIGHTS telling me that he can sue me for rent that was paid into the court, and even had the AUDACITY to say that I had a roof over my head so that should've been enough. I had to remind this woman that I was there for legal advice for myself and not for him, I'm sure he has people working on the strengths and weaknesses of his case. She further insulted me by insinuating that I didn't have the resources to retain the attorney on an hourly basis. HORRIBLE first impression! To make a long story short, this woman who probably has no more than a technical certificate, ran me away using illogical, unethical, and untrue information in an effort to deter me from pursuing this civil suit. She literally told me to leave it alone. I'm not sure if she's related to Katonga Wright or the landlord but what I am certain of is she should not be providing any potential clients with any information other than contact info, addresses or, etc. If you end up visiting this office please save your breath for the person who actually practices law. Robbie makes this practice look bad with her ambitions of being more than she's qualified to do. Last but not least, she makes this office seem incompetent with her ill equipped knowledge of anything other than answering phones.
