My wife and I dropped off an item to be embroidered. It was a custom job so they said it would be a month. Called a month later, was told that they would get back to us. Called another month later, and got hung up on. Fast forward to a couple days ago. I was told that the item was not ready and had no reason behind why. Literally had one job. Wouldnt trust them to carry out any order of yours. Worse service ever.
