Updating to three stars. After posting this and some messaging back and forth they've given me a refund, the express shipped my original order, so they're trying. Ordered controller and didn't get a shipping notification till over a week later. FedEx says a label was made but no package ever received. They tried to blame FedEx for it, but I highly doubt FedEx has bungled almost every package Dream Controller tried to send this season. When I asked when the controller would actually ship and said if it wasn't going to ship I'd like a refund they sent me a refund email. That was two days ago so hopefully that refund hits my bank account soon.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR CONTROLLER. I tried to order a controller from them TWICE and both times, FedEx never received a package from them. A tracking number is produced and sent to the customer however nothing is ever picked up and delivered. When questioned about it,customer service blamed FedEx. Customer service was prompt and did refund me quickly however too much of a hassle for nothing. Anyone who left a 5* review is a bought shill. Buyer beware
i ordered and got my controller in less than a week from when i ordered it my controller is in perfect condition and looks amazing definitely will shop again

Horrible service!! Phone number that nobody answers and never responded to 3 or 4 emails. There was a sticker printed for Fedex, but Fedex never received pkg 10days after order was processed?!?
