We are usually aware if and when things like this happen since we verify orders before printing and when they are picked up. We would have been interested in hearing about these events, if and when they happened. We are new to replying to Google reviews, therefore, just seeing this one. I had a terrible experience with this company. We had a family reunion and the didn't have any of the the larger sizes(2x-3x) . They gave us mediums and child large we did not ask or need them . The order was not ready in time. We didn't get right designs either.

They do good work but, this place needs to be cleaned!!! I bought a shirt for a repass got home and discovered there was ink on it so I call the next morning to let them know. After 8 attempts I finally got an answer. Went to the shop and waiting over 30 minutes for them to get the ink stain out which pushed me way behind schedule. Next time I will take the shirt out of the bag before I leave to make sure it's spotless.
