I have now been here two different times, and both times I was sent away and told to go to another place to get the aluminum materials I needed. The first time was in 2019. So they cant ise covid -19 as an excuse like they did this time. Both times I left there feeling like they just dont want to do business with me or my company. Thats fine, they wont ever see me again. My company has thrived from word of mouth advertising over the past 15 years. Ill be sure to spread the word about how I was treated and the service they wouldnt provide.

I would give 5 stars if I was able to grab my material same day but I get why they can't facilitate same day requests. Order a day in advance and delivery is free. Good material and fair prices. Not the place I use for my small stuff though

Firstly, this place is a wholesale distributor so as long as you have weight you'll get really good numbers. I will say there were a few issues with my order but they went above and beyond to make it right. The material looked like it was straight from the mill so overall I was very happy. On my small orders, I usually try Tri-State Steel or even Tri-Tank in Westbrook.
