Only posting this review because I got a "please post a review of us" spam. This is an incredibly unprofessional practice that comes across as needy nagging; it also practically BEGS for bad/mediocre reviews. Added one star because the service works, albeit inconsistently; would replace with a well programmed phone system once the opportunity arises.

The absolute BEST answering company! They are consistently professional, courteous, and responsive to everything we need. I am a Service Coordinator for a Commercial HVAC Service Company, and DirectLine has catered to our every request and need to make our business run smoothly after hours. There are times that I have to make changes to our schedule, as that is the nature of our business, and DirectLine is always there to make the changes, stay organized on their end, and communicate that all changes have in fact been changed on their end. Communication is key and they get an A+ for their communication. We have requested many things from DirectLine and they have ALWAYS come through for us, and have NEVER let us down, not once! Their attention to detail is on point. I have never received messages that are incorrect - from the spelling of names and phone numbers all the way to the type of message that is being relayed. My favorite vendor to work with, hands down : )
