For over a month now we have been with out air inside of our rental home. We made multiple request for maintenance through our property manager. He did not respond at all for 18 days. When he did respond he argued that the units were working even with out coming on site to see the living conditions himself. We then reached out to the owner of Apex Jim. He advised us that the issues were not his problem. As a business professional myself I would not advise someone to rent a home managed by Apex. The have zero ownership for any of the problems you will face. They will not respond but you will have to pay your rent. Its a very crooked business.

Just a couple of highlights from our relationship with Apex. * received an email indicating I had not paid my dues in 3 months , they also included a late fee notice. My dues are automatically paid and when I sent this to them, they ignored me , I have sent 3 emails to them asking if they corrected their error and explained I wont be paying the late fee - NO RESPONSE * apex didnt pay our HOA water bill and the water was shut off * there were issues with our finances that we could never get answered * our insurance wasnt appropriate * glad we left !

I rent from these folks.They are the greatest people. They have fixed everything so fast and without question in the last five years which hasn't been much but its comfort to live here

Apex Ventures has to be the OVERALL BEST leasing company in the Middle Tennessee area. We have lived all over the country and due to the March tornado we had to find a place quick. The staff at Apex got us in our dream home within a week!!!!!

Words cannot describe what an awful business these folks run. Please do your due diligence before utilizing their services. Incredibly unprofessional, pitifully unorganized, and if you're expecting them to manage a property for you... they won't -- they just collect checks. Just go look at their office.
