As of now, if we have a few boxes available it will show as available on our website and we are currently working on how to best inform our customers on the quantities available. There have been extreme delays at port for incoming overseas shipments which does put strain on us and unfortunately our customers. We try our best to provide the most up to date information when we have it available. Knowing you were in a time crunch, once we had the all clear from our quality control checks we processed your material and shipped it on the same day in our best efforts to get this to you as soon as possible. I ordered tike on Feb 22, 2022. On Feb 25th I realized that I had not received an email with a tracking #, etc. Contacted Tile bar and was told the tiles I ordered were out of stock. When I pointed out that the website doesn't state this, I was told that they actually have 3 boxes, but I needed 6 and that I would probably be getting my order in mid April. I give them a call on April 21and was told the cargo ship didn't come in yet. I call back on May 5th.The young lady puts me on hold. She returns to tell me the shipment just came in and to be expecting an email the following week. May 11(the following week) I call back just to be put on hold again and for the young lady to give me the same excuse of the shipment just coming in. When I told her I was told the exact same thing last week, she responded by saying it wasn't her that spoke to me and that the shipment just arrived and the tiles are being inspected for damage. TileBar is full of(Sugar Honey Ice Tea) This whole process has been flawed from the start. Honesty is the best policy. Too bad TileBar was dishonest from the start and continues to be dishonest. I will take my business somewhere else in the future and I highly recommend others to do the same

Great tile selection. Absolutely terrible customer service and worse delivery. If you have tile delivered take note that you will need to be there for delivery, but it will not be delivered into your home. You will then be responsible to get the product (likely delivered via a pallet) indoors without breaking it despite having paid to have it delivered.

The customer service is invaluable. I ordered Los Lunas Blue tile, it was shipped in 2 shipments, both had considerable breakage. I was livid after the first shipment arrived, but this is why Im giving them 5 stars, I contacted customer service, showed them the damage, and they took care of the issue promptly and without delay. The replacement tiles arrived unhindered, and the process couldnt have been easier. Thank You, Lia (help desk) for taking care of this for me.

Id like to Thank Lia Robbins from Tilebar.com. After a partial incorrect shipment of tile, Lia help immensely to correct the situation and ship out the correct tile. I cant tell you how much I appreciate her help. All employees should be as diligent as she is. Thank You Lia!!!!

Go elsewhere. The customer service is just terrible. The designer in the showroom was not very helpful. They charged $200 delivery fee for expedited shipping which still took six days and delivery guys left boxes of tiles outside on the sidewalk in Manhattan with no one to take them. Their return and exchange policies are challenging. There are plenty of tile stores. Try another.
