Hello Jordan, I remember you called in with a barcode problem that originated elsewhere and I explained that unfortunately we could not help you solve your specific problem with barcode stickers. I would never hang up on any customer and I don't know why age was brought up in your comments, but I wish you good luck in your endeavors to find a solution to your barcode problem.

I'm not sure what her name was, I think she said "inez" , but she was not very friendly. Called to ask a simple question to see if they do bar code sticker printing and she got very rude out of no where and ultimately hung up on me. Our company has a need for a high volume amount of prints, more than bar codes, also business cards, wholesale sheets, etc... but I never got around to being able to get pricing because she slammed the phone in my face. Very Rude, Not professional, Do not let her old age fool you to thinking she's any different !
